This started because we needed it.
V1AeroSolutions (opens in a new tab) overhauls aircraft wheels and brakes. Like most independent shops, we ran on paper job cards, spreadsheets, and knowledge that walked out the door with every holiday.
The serious systems were built for airlines — heavy, expensive, full of modules a wheel shop never opens. The lighter tools were not built for Part 145, so Form 1 releases and tool calibration sat outside them.
So we built it ourselves, alongside CodeFlow (opens in a new tab), with the shop floor as the test bench. No venture money, no roadmap written by people who've never handled a brake assembly.
